Roasted Cauliflower

Super simple and taste amazing. Even if you dont like cauliflower try this recipe.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees


One head of cauliflower
1/2 cup of Panko or Gluten Free bread crumbs
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Toss florets with olive oil and bread crumbs.

Spread in a single layer on a nonstick pan

Roast 30-40 minutes until browned
