Lasagna Soap Option Of Spinach


  • 1 pound of sausage or ground turkey 
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tsp oregano 
  • 1/2tsp parsley
  • 8 lasagna noodles, brocken in 2 inch long pieces 
  • 3 ounces baby spinach (optional) 
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese 


  • In large sauce pan over medium heat cook sausage or ground turkey until browned, drain fat
  • Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and parsley 
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover simmering 20 minutes
  • Meanwhile, cook lasagne noodles according to that directions, normally boiling 8 minutes 
  • Combine cooked pasta, spinach and heavy cream to soup mixture, combine and remove from heat
  • In medium bowl combine ricotta, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese 
  • Serve soup in bowls and top with 1 scoop of cheese mixture
