Feeling Accomplished


You wake up in the morning and are comfortable in your bed and push snooze
And if your like me you do it again and again !!!

But instead train your mind when that alarm goes off instead of telling yourself to push snooze tell yourself today I'm going to feel accomplished just by getting up a little bit earlier.
One day at a time
One goal at a time 
I did not lose 60 pounds overnight I did not find myself in one night it was every single day getting up and making the choice to be better than I was yesterday
