Love Yourself Enough To Workout

It's the end of the week and day one of our weekend 
it's when we slow down. 
It's hard enough to keep the 90% clean eating on the weekend anyways.
So let's focus on getting our workouts in.
It's ONLY 30 minutes and you DONT have to drive to the gym and use your energy pretending like you don't care that gross sweating guy didn't wipe off the machine that you waited 5 minutes for him to finish with hahahaha true story
