Its the weekend! That doesn't mean life stops or that our to do list is any less then during the work week. Sometimes our schedules are even longer with sports and grocery shopping.
You might feel like sleeping in will help but sometimes to much sleep makes the work week harder to get through.
Have you ever had so much sleep that you are dragging?
I challenge you next Saturday to wake up as close as you can to the time you wake up during the work week AND workout!

When I started working out at home I tried to workout at night, way to tired.
Next I worked out at 9am so I could sleep in. Still I was tired.
When I worked out before the kids work up I felt amazing.
I got through the day feeling accomplished.
