Its Not To Late To Change Some Bad Habits

It's been so long since I started changing my bad ways!
But I will never let myself forget how I felt
I have bad days now but I was def more negative and had way lower energy
Today I very rarely have no energy even on my busiest days 
I workout 6 if not 7 days a week because it makes me feel great and I eat healthy more then not.
I drink my nutrition shake instead of vitamins and I just keep feeling better every year!
My life isn't easy but when I workout at home for 30 minutes and drink my nutrition shake I can conquer this crazy life
