Make Sure Your Goals Are Yours

Have you ever reached a goal and figure out the goal wasn't yours and you were doing it for someone else?
Like you go to school and graduate but realized you did it for your parents instead of yourself.
That's how many of us are when it comes to our weight loss.
We lose weight for other people not for our selfs and to feel better.
So when we reach that goal we easily fall back into our old ways because our husbands tell us we are beautiful either way.
When you do things for others not for yourself and you don't get the approval you were looking for then gaining the weight back happens.
Are your goals truly yours?
If not take 5 minutes today and write down what you truly want out of life.
The goals you would love to reach for you

Weight Loss Is A Side Effect To Being Healthy

the mental focus.

If it was up to your body you probably wouldn't -Shaun T

Our mindset really is the reason we don't reach our goals.

😳No one else in my family has done it,
😁I don't have time.
So why not focus on changing the way we think and look at food in a different way instead of just wanting to lose weight.
Why not look at food as fuel instead of temporary comfort?
In my health groups I help you change the way you think.
I've lost and kept the weight off almost 4 years!
πŸ‘‰πŸ»It's not because I don't have a cupcake once in awhile
πŸ‘‰πŸ»It's not cause it's easier for me then others.
It's because I changed my mindset.
I was tired of being sick and tired and I wanted more out of life.
I was tired of worrying about what I ate because I was over weight and instead I focused on fueling my body for energy, focus and happiness.
When I looked at it that way the weight loss was just a cool side effect
