Some days are not easy!
Like today for me it's super early, I'm pretty tired etc
But I have a strong WHY for getting up every morning at 5am
Find that inner strength to do the opposite of what your mind says.
The hardest part is pushing play so even if you do one rep of each exercise you are still moving forward :)
If I can do it you can also
I have and had EVERY excuse
I've worked hard to get where I am but when I turn 30 in a couple weeks I will know I'm on the right track to still feel great at 40
