You Can Get The Body You Want Even After Kids


I hated working out 4 years ago cause I didn't grow up with it and it had the word WORK in it lol
But today I love to workout
I feel energy and the longer I workout the better I feel.
After 1 year I enjoyed working out and had energy but the crazy energy I have today doesn't even compare!!!
I changed the way I thought 4 years ago,
I saw those women working out with me on the screen and I knew their story and that their body after kids wasn't an accident.
I told myself I could do it also.
My abs are not just abs, its a sign to all moms that you can get your body back!
Even if medically theres no way for you to have ripped abs you can still have abs your proud of
Fat abs,
Tight Abs,
It doesn't matter because you will be proud either way.

Your Health Should Be High On Your Priorities


Happy Friday !!!
Here's the real deal, it's the weekend and you might say to yourself I'll wait till Monday but what about making just ONE healthier choice this weekend?
Nothing crazy
Yes I show my abs and my goal is not to be perfect at all.
But being healthy pushes me to be better and my goal is to not have a doctor say I need medications to live. 
Have you ever had your health taken from you? 
If not your lucky but that doesn't mean your making great choice.
I meet people on a daily basis that has had their health taken from them and they wish they changed sooner.
Don't wait,
Yes losing weight is great BUT you can be skinny and be unhealthy.
Unhealthy to me is when your body stops letting you enjoy life,
When a doctor says you have to be on multiple meds or worse you get a disease that medicine and diet can't fix.
Stop waiting friends
I have the easiest tools for you to follow.
But your the only one that can choose to use them.

Goals Only Work When You Work Toward Them

My goal since day one was to have less loose skin,
I knew my food choices would make or break that but 4 years ago I didn't have a clue how to eat healthy.
It was a big motivation for me when I lost 60 pounds and started to see abs after a year into my journey.
But I still had the lose skin and that small amount of abs I could see helped me realized I can achieve anything! 
So away I worked really digging deep into my nutrition.
I already drank a nutrition shake so all I needed to do was figure out how to keep the nutrients the shake gave me into my body all day. 
After almost 2 years this 182 pound mom of 2 finally reached her goal

Did I want to give up?
A few times but I wasn't in this to just lose weight anymore I was in this to be healthy and make and reach new goals just for fun!!!
Could you imagine never worrying about your weight again but just making fun goals?
It's a great feeling and still 2 more years since I was first able to do a plank without extra skin I proved to myself again this morning that what I do works to help lose and maintain a fit healthy body

Its Not Just About Weight Loss

Honestly my goals wasn't abs but after clean eating 80% and working out following a schedule that works every body part differently everyday I looked in the mirror one day and I saw them coming out. 
It's amazing what changing one thing can do to your life.
Today I look back almost 4 years ago and see I wanted to lose weight but I changed much more then that.
I changed the way I live my life.
I went from negative thinking to looking at God s word.
I went from a I'm tired attitude to I'm up at 5am and bring on the day!
It took time to mentally change but when you physically and mentally change together your life becomes what you want it to be.

What Is An Online Fitness Challenge Group And What I Do As Your Online Fitness Coach?

Im super excited that you are interested in finding out more information on what a challenge group is!

First off let me tell you how a challenge group came about. You may have heard of a few at home fitness programs called P90X, Insanity and The 21 Day Fix. 
Those workout programs are created by a company called Beachbody. Beachbody decided to build a coaching opportunity to those that are, or have completed one of their fitness programs. 
That's where a challenge group comes from. Everyday, people that love Beachbody programs and products help you pick the perfect fitness program that meets your needs and coach you online to get results. 

The first week I help you clean out your kitchen, look at meal plans and recipes that your entire family will enjoy. Included with your workout program is Shakeology. During the first week, I will also share different ways to enjoy your Shakeology which is a meal replacement shake, that will replace 1 meal. I personally drink it for breakfast since that's my most rushed time of the day. It's a delicious shake packed with dense nutrition thats quick and easy to make and I also don't have to take multi vitamins anymore. 

The challenge group will be on Facebook but its a closed group so only those in the group can see the posts and we create friendships there as well. Everyday you log into the group you will see daily tips, motivation, nutrition tips, meal plans and accountability assignments to keep you on track during our 4 weeks together. We also go over how to manage your busy life while still fitting yourself in.

Motivational Wednesday

I'm so happy I finally got up again at 445am!! 
I've been keeping myself up with a cough so I jump out of bed at 5am mad at myself for sleeping in frown emot





So today feels great!!

Life happens but as long as you keep trying everyday to be better then you were yesterday then there's no reason to be upset with where you are

Transformation

We ALL have a day 1 when it comes to being healthy.
Let's be completely real for a min
It's NOT easy, at first smile emoticon
That picture on the left was after a workout, redness everywhere 
Unconfident and I never thought I would feel like me again frown emoticon
Fast forward to today,
I smile even when life isn't perfect,
I feel amazing and I can actually get through a workout with beads of sweat instead of pools of sweat lol 
My free 7 day clean eating group starts the 19th
That's a starting point that I'm giving you with zero commitment to anything
Don't wait until the doctor says you must lose weight or you must change the way you eat

Don't fear failure
Fear being in the exact same place next year as you are now
I love that thought cause I never in a million years thought I would have abs!!
It wasn't even a goal,
But when you care about yourself to make 30 minutes a day to be active like I have and to eat healthy MOST of the time
Things happen that you don't expect.
Someone in my fitness group said I was on their vision boardπŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻
I love hearing that because that means they know if I can do it so can they
πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
Friday is the deadline to be in my February accountability group!
Last month every single person in my group lost 7 and 9 pounds πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Don't Wait Till January 1st


Its that wonderful time of year when you see family you haven't seen in a year. 
Its a joyful time when giving to others is more important then anything else.
But lets face it, we eat, a lot!
The things we eat are not as healthy and higher in calories then our bodies are used to. 
My support group isn't about not eating the foods you enjoy, its about eating a healthy version, staying active for at least 3 days a week and enjoying new recipes like healthy pumpkin pie, cakes and cookies.
Are you looking to change ONE thing to finish off the year strong and not gain weight but maintain?
Lets join together and make sure we are in the pictures this year not hiding behind our kids because we gained 5 pounds before December 1st

First Workout As A Full Time RVer

Back a year ago I had a travel trailer lol
A smaller space then I have today
But it just proved that space didn't matter just my mindset and telling myself I CAN
Today write down all your reasons for not working out or taking the first step to being healthy and happy
Then rip it UP
And throw it away
You can even burn it if that makes you feel better!
Put everything down and get rid of it
This week can be your fresh start

You Can Achieve Your Goal in 59 Days


Today I want to encourage you to take a day at a time and to make new fresh goals to finish the 59 days left in the year.
It can be a goal to workout 3 days a week or to change 1 bad habit from now till the end of the year. 
Any goal to focus on so when January 1st comes around you feel confident that 2016 is your year.

My support groups help you feel better each day not go all in or nothing. 
I will not let you fail easy

But think about the feeling you will have knowing you pushed past where you were at.

Follow Those That Are Successful In Where You Want To Be


Take a look around at the 5 people you spend the most time with. 
Are they achieving what you would like to achieve? 
Its a hard thing to think about because you are who you spend time with.
If you are around people that drink socially every weekend then thats what you will do. 
If you are with those that find joy from a healthy life style or spending time talking about another miracle God did in their lives. Then you will grow into that person also. 
Im not saying to stop hanging out with your friends.
Im saying try adding a new activity in place of one of the bad habits your trying to get rid of.
Example, if you want to lose weight your not going to want drinking or eating out be a routine every weekend. 
 Instead try having everyone make a new healthy meal and bring it over to someones house to share together. Its the small habits we change that make a big difference in our lives. 

Don't Wait Till Life Slows Down


Cold weather
Early mornings
Kids 24/7
Take control of your time
It doesn't take a week to lose 25 pounds but it does take a week to feel better and create the habit that will get you to the BEST you 
I live in a 5th wheeler

I can make plenty of excuses
But excuses wouldn't give me the energy and confidence I enjoy today

Don't Look At Everyone Else, Just Be Your Personal BEST


I was remembering this morning how I felt when I first started on this incredible life changing path into being healthy.
Back when I was 182 pounds pushing play was NOT easy
But I did it anyways.
I was so tired from having a 2 month old and a 4 year old all I wanted to do was sleep. But I was DONE with feeling like junk everyday.
It's crazy how far loving myself just a little more each day got me smile emoticon
It's your turn to feel your best
If I can do it so can you

You Are Worth It, Decide To Start


Do you live everyday as just another day or do you push to be your BEST!
The hardest part is to just start,

Cize, the End Of Boring Exercise

Who loves the idea of dancing instead of working out but just doesn't want to look like a fish in the fitness classes at the gym? 
I have to say I was just like that, I loved the idea of zumba but couldn't make it to the classes enough to get the moves down so I always looked like a fish out of water lol.
Well now I get to dance, gain definition and have fun
