Today I want to encourage you to take a day at a time and to make new fresh goals to finish the 59 days left in the year.
It can be a goal to workout 3 days a week or to change 1 bad habit from now till the end of the year.
Any goal to focus on so when January 1st comes around you feel confident that 2016 is your year.
My support groups help you feel better each day not go all in or nothing.
