What Kind Of Life Do You Want To Live?


I was listening to a book yesterday that reminded me of my favorite saying:
Live each day as if it's your last 
While sitting at a traffic light yesterday listening to the book I saw everyone in a different light.
πŸ‘‰πŸ»A lady was smiling and laughing in her wheel chair talking to her friend.
πŸ‘‰πŸ»Another person was driving in and out of traffic thinking they were getting somewhere fast.
What's the difference between these 2 people?
To me I see something happened to have this lady be in A wheelchair but instead of letting life bring her down she embraced it by still smiling.
The other person was letting something in this world bother him or let's be honest he really thought he was getting so where fast lol
How do you want to live your life?
I am choosing to live each day not letting the stress of this world change how my day goes because everyday could be your last.
That's why I start every morning off right,
Prayer and working out 
My favorite song right now is Just Breathe from a christen artist.
The lyrics say it all.
We are so busy busy busy that all we have time for is me me me
But what if you stop to help someone find their car,
Volunteer at a retirement home,
Or encourage a friend even though time isn't on your side.
Our time is precious but I would rather live like it's my last and be a better person helping others then a busy one. 
Prayer time, me time, family time, encourage others time 
Whatever you do make sure you
just breathe

Goals Only Work When You Work Toward Them

healthy, shakeology, mom of 2, no loose skin, abs, abs after kids, strong,

My goal since day one was to have less loose skin,
I knew my food choices would make or break that but 4 years ago I didn't have a clue how to eat healthy.
It was a big motivation for me when I lost 60 pounds and started to see abs after a year into my journey.
But I still had the lose skin and that small amount of abs I could see helped me realized I can achieve anything! 
So away I worked really digging deep into my nutrition.
I already drank a nutrition shake so all I needed to do was figure out how to keep the nutrients the shake gave me into my body all day. 
After almost 2 years this 182 pound mom of 2 finally reached her goal

Did I want to give up?
A few times but I wasn't in this to just lose weight anymore I was in this to be healthy and make and reach new goals just for fun!!!
Could you imagine never worrying about your weight again but just making fun goals?
It's a great feeling and still 2 more years since I was first able to do a plank without extra skin I proved to myself again this morning that what I do works to help lose and maintain a fit healthy body

I Went From Zero Clue To Helping You


3 years ago I wasn't a fan of working out and had zero clue how to eat clean!
But I learned and found a way to enjoy it knowing I needed to.
I hated mornings cause I had zero energy with a 2 month old and a 4 year old.
I've always been a stay at home mom, I didn't need to get up early I would get up when they did which was 9am! We were so broke that I didn't want to make a healthy meal and not have it not taste good and waste it.
At 182 pounds my body wasn't even close to feeling good.
After 2 kids I looked at other girls and though they look good cause they don't have kids.
Why did I feel like having kids was an excuse to be overweight and unhappy!!!!
Today I look at my struggles and read/listen to audio to grow.
I've learned as much as I can about clean eating and how my body reacts to certain foods and I'm not worried about a bad recipe. 
Today I'm showing you how you can do it also !!!

God has a plan for every single one of us
Our hard times even if it's from our own doing has a purpose

God showed me what it felt like when I would eat a crazy amount of man made foods.
Tired, looked horrible and felt everyday just passing me by.

He created soil and seeds
God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

I'm here to tell you and show you this Wednesday that you won't run out of earthly food so stop eating man made all the time.
Have the energy you are ment to have,
A true smile because you feel absolutely amazing
Live longer with true happiness and victory

Legs are last but still changing

You Can Achieve Your Goal in 59 Days


Today I want to encourage you to take a day at a time and to make new fresh goals to finish the 59 days left in the year.
It can be a goal to workout 3 days a week or to change 1 bad habit from now till the end of the year. 
Any goal to focus on so when January 1st comes around you feel confident that 2016 is your year.

My support groups help you feel better each day not go all in or nothing. 
I will not let you fail easy

Trust me I've been there
I thought there was a secret sauce to success.
But really would we even want success if it was easy to achieve?

The harder you work the better you feel because it's a mental game.
When your dripping sweat or you get that first definition you want to push even harder.
The goal is to always do YOUR best and that's when you mentally change how you want to become successful.

The BIGGEST advise I can give to you right before your workout....... DONT compare to others but make their results inspire YOU knowing you can do it this!

It's our thoughts that stop us so change your thoughts and you will get farther then your OLD mindset thought was possible.
