You Can Get The Body You Want Even After Kids


I hated working out 4 years ago cause I didn't grow up with it and it had the word WORK in it lol
But today I love to workout
I feel energy and the longer I workout the better I feel.
After 1 year I enjoyed working out and had energy but the crazy energy I have today doesn't even compare!!!
I changed the way I thought 4 years ago,
I saw those women working out with me on the screen and I knew their story and that their body after kids wasn't an accident.
I told myself I could do it also.
My abs are not just abs, its a sign to all moms that you can get your body back!
Even if medically theres no way for you to have ripped abs you can still have abs your proud of
Fat abs,
Tight Abs,
It doesn't matter because you will be proud either way.

What Kind Of Life Do You Want To Live?


I was listening to a book yesterday that reminded me of my favorite saying:
Live each day as if it's your last 
While sitting at a traffic light yesterday listening to the book I saw everyone in a different light.
👉🏻A lady was smiling and laughing in her wheel chair talking to her friend.
👉🏻Another person was driving in and out of traffic thinking they were getting somewhere fast.
What's the difference between these 2 people?
To me I see something happened to have this lady be in A wheelchair but instead of letting life bring her down she embraced it by still smiling.
The other person was letting something in this world bother him or let's be honest he really thought he was getting so where fast lol
How do you want to live your life?
I am choosing to live each day not letting the stress of this world change how my day goes because everyday could be your last.
That's why I start every morning off right,
Prayer and working out 
My favorite song right now is Just Breathe from a christen artist.
The lyrics say it all.
We are so busy busy busy that all we have time for is me me me
But what if you stop to help someone find their car,
Volunteer at a retirement home,
Or encourage a friend even though time isn't on your side.
Our time is precious but I would rather live like it's my last and be a better person helping others then a busy one. 
Prayer time, me time, family time, encourage others time 
Whatever you do make sure you
just breathe

Only Have 22 Minutes To Spare? I Have A Workout For You!




WOW that was a sweat fest workout!!!

I only had 30 minutes this morning and I still did a 22 minutes of cardio and 8 minutes of a core workout.
The days of working out for hours in the gym or even 50 min with at home workouts are long gone. 
I love that I'm apart of helping others get healthy and fit for life

Focus On Getting Better


Hey there 5am club 
If your wanting to be better then you are today, you must make a small daily decision to do that.


  • It took me 1 entire year to EARN abs


  • It took consistently over a long (at the time felt long) time to have the body I always dreamed of. 



I never said you wouldn't struggle
Or want to quit
But think about the feeling you will have knowing you pushed past where you were at.

Choose To Be Better Then You Were Yesterday

It's not about being perfect
I can be really lean or instead of having abs I could be just thin.
Our bodies are amazing when you treat them right. 
You don't have to look like me or a fitness model or competitor. 
Yes all those options are wonderful cause you can see the dedication.
But
Choose to just be better then you were yesterday
Progress over protection.

What To Do When I Only Have 10 Minutes To Workout


I know not all mornings we wake up on time, 
We panic the night before about everything we have to do the next day at the office or the to do list us stay at home moms have to complete before the hubby is home for the weekend

But remember those days that your consistent with your workouts, just 3 days of giving yourself 30 minutes, makes you more productive and gives you more energy.

So on those mornings that you wake up late or just don't feel like working out. Do it anyways, even if you have 15 minutes, just press play without thinking and when the time says it's time to get ready for the day even after 15 minutes then that's ok. You did YOUR best.
Something is better then nothing at all.

My private coaching group helps keep you motivated and crushing it every day but we all feel a little sluggish on Mondays. The schedule I follow allows me to not workout with a dvd on Saturday and Sunday but I must motivate myself more on Mondays.
