Remember today your here for a reason
God has a plan for every single one of us
Our hard times even if it's from our own doing has a purpose 
You are made for victory 
You are made to succeed
You can do anything when you truly believe in yourself
Don't give up
God showed me what it felt like when I would eat a crazy amount of man made foods.
Tired, looked horrible and felt everyday just passing me by.

He created soil and seeds
God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

I'm here to tell you and show you this Wednesday that you won't run out of earthly food so stop eating man made all the time.
Have the energy you are ment to have,
A true smile because you feel absolutely amazing
Live longer with true happiness and victory
Tired
Stressed
Unmotivated 

Don't let your excuses stop you from where you have been wanting to be!
The ladies in my fitness groups tried for years to get the weight off so they can be the person God wants them to be.
Now they wake up each day and find the strength knowing in a short amount of time (3weeks) they said GOODBYE to pounds they have been carrying around for as long as they remember.

I NEVER said or acted like change was easy but that feeling you get deep down that you crushed the excuses and self doubt is one of the most amazing feelings you will ever have!

Time?
Start with pressing play on a workout and do as much as you have time for.

Well I started with selling my treadmill, do you have something in your house you don't need like an extra TV. 

Fear of failure?
I know I was scared, spending money on something and not knowing if I was going to succeed. I was blessed enough to have a hubby that believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. 

My fitness group is a place where we connect and are on the same road. Your never alone

Busy Tired Moms



Back in 2008 I had my first baby and lost weight fast after I stopped nursing, but most can be "skinny" by just limiting they're calories. 

After my second baby I was 182 and it didn't come off fast at all, after 2 months per doctors orders I started to workout at home and mentally told myself through all the tears I CAN do this. I can't just be a low energy, sick mom. I NEED to be my BEST so I can give my kids what they deserve. I kicked butt everyday and they were my motivation! 
I kept getting better, I looked at it as kicking butt doing things outdoors if I could just keep going, so I did. 

Thats how I know my online accountability groups work?? 

The proof is in the pudding!!! What the heck does that saying even mean?!?! 

The PROOF is right here, within my own family and friends. 

Each of us has struggled with our weight in our own ways. Mainly because we REALLY like eating food. Sugary, rich, fried foods.

But when we ban together with peers, form commitment towards our goals, and decide to give the tools and support that's available a chance....

We can make BIG CHANGES and awesome improvements.

Not saying it's easy... Not saying it's the only way...

But it IS a system that takes a lot of the guess work out.

Will you be ready by next week, to commit to doing your best and feel great knowing, every single day you are another hurdle closer to the real you? 

We start August 6th to get focused then its GO time.

Changing Bad Habits Is Hard

You might be feeling good even though you know you don't treat your body well then bam, out of nowhere your body says nope I'm DONE
Don't wait till that moment!
Sometimes it takes those moments to kick start treating our bodies better.
It could start by wanting to lose or even gain weight 

Or to start cutting back on things like less smoking or half your normal amount of junk or even starting a new habit like eating breakfast

I can tell you my secret:

I started one day at a time
If I couldn't stick with what I was doing a year from that moment then I found a different way
Changing bad habits is HARD so why do something you know now you can't stick with.
What will you change this week that will help you physically and mentally feel your best???

Positive Thoughts

Shift your thoughts into a more positive perspective and start really appreciating your life.  
Find gratitude for all the pain you have experienced in your past and appreciate all the joy that there is to come. 

Life isn't mapped out to be filled with a bunch of easy shortcuts. 
You have to work at creating the life you have always long to live. 

The only way you are going to get to that point is if go after what it is you strive to be. You have all you need right within you to make the changes you need to apply to your life. 
Don't seek to find it else where or depend on someone else to do it for you. 
You have to be passionate about your life and you have to have a hunger for what it is you want. 

You also need to learn to roll with the punches because life can be messy but it can also can be absolutely beautiful!
It's all in how you look at life and it's all in how much you appreciate it. 
Do your best to live your best life

When life gets harder that's when your closer to Gods blessing and purpose for your life

Start Today Changing The Way You Live

Looking back at how I felt 3 years ago is hard
But it's good to look at your past if you use your past to push toward your future 

If I listened to everyone else and gave up on mentoring others because at that time I wasn't a leader or if I listened to myself when I was crying and pulling at the HUGE rolls on my stomach telling myself who do you think you are? 
You will always look and feel defeated, it's in your genes.

Then I would NOT be where I am today!

Everyone sees when your successful but never looks twice when your climbing to the top.
Don't worry about everyone else
They will wish they started with you.

So what's really stopping you!
If you truly want success then stop what your doing and message me to be in my next accountability group.
It's more then just a fitness group

Those that have poor health would give anything to get it back.

Moving Forward In Your Life

Don't see today as just another day.
If your not moving ahead your going backwards in life.
There is no staying the same.

If you are unhealthy today you won't see changes but if you keep being unhealthy later down the road your health that you once thought you had will be gone.
So starting today when you think about where your at in life make sure you are making the choice to be farther ahead everyday instead of going backwards

My private coaching group helps keep you motivated and crushing it every day but we all feel a little sluggish on Mondays. The schedule I follow allows me to not workout with a dvd on Saturday and Sunday but I must motivate myself more on Mondays.
This blog is pretty emotional for me to write.
Ive been friends with Jeni for years but really became connected when she joined one of my groups on facebook a year ago. She wanted a change but didnt know where to start.

She decided to go to the doctor and get a health exam which gave her motivation.
Jeni said from day one her why for wanting to be healthy was for her kids.
After digging deep into grocery shopping and what to look for she jumped out of her comfort zone which isnt easy for anyone and started posting everyday in our facebook group. 

She is a busy wife and mom of 2 kiddos and is such an inspiration. Not only does she enjoy working out now but her kids get to watch her mommy kick butt and they want to be just like her.
Her husband is extremely proud of how far she has come!

Today she is completely different on the inside and out. I honestly was speechless when she posted this picture. 


Thank you Jeni for opening up to me and your new friends. We are so proud of how far you have come and know now that you can accomplish ANYTHING you put your mind to. 
Insanity Max 30 is next for you and I know that you can and you will kick butt!!

What Does Success Look Like to You?

Some of you might not know but two years ago I was overweight and overwhelmed even though I was a stay-at-home mom.
If you're a parent you would know what I'm talking about when the never ending to do list is always in front of you.
The last year I've been driving a lot more so I've been listening to personal development and it really hit me when one of the authors said she was super overwhelmed always had things on her plate when the kids went to bed she didn't stop and I completely related to that.
One of the things she said to do was really look at your life and see what success means to you. Not to somebody else, not to your neighbor, not to your friends but actually to you? If you didn't take anyone's opinion and you just looked at what you really wanted out of your life what would it be.
It took a long time and I wasn't able to really answered on the spot because I had no clue. The last several months I really took money worries off my plate and wrote down a to do list every day to see what really was happening every day in my life and that's when it clicked.
I spent more time cooking, cleaning and yard work of a big house then I did doing the things that I really enjoyed.
So that's when we decided as a family that we are going to downsize from a 2000 square-foot three bedroom two bath family room house with yard to a 3 bedroom two bath apartment.
I still feel overwhelmed like why do I need all the space all I have is a six-year-old and a two-year-old. My kids are so awesome they are very content with what they have.
Shortly after we moved into the apartments my husband got a new job at an RV dealership. This was definitely God because we kept thinking it would be so cool to travel I mean we don't like to stay in one spot all the time but no one we knew had ever lived in an RV before. And honestly a lot people just don't understand it because it's not the normal thing to do. Most feel like the American dream is to live in a big house and work the 8 to 5 job.
But tell me how many people who work the 8 to 5 job went to College make all this money can truly say that they love their life every single day.
So we decided to become full-time RVers and live what we consider the American dream.
This past weekend marks three weeks of living in an RV and yes there are ups and downs just like owning a new home for the first time but it is worth it.

So what would you consider success and what is your own American dream?

I met this amazing person named Sharon over a year ago.
She didn't know who I was but saw my fb posts and wanted me to coach her so she would look her best for her daughters wedding. Sharon is a wife, mom of 3 and grandma of 1.

She started with 30 days of Hip Hop Abs then shortly after drank Shakeology. She wanted something more so she started Focus T25 then the 21 day fix with Shakeology. In our challenge group she really dug into the nutrition side and she was so open with how she felt daily.

As you can see she didn't let anything get in her way and is now being told she s Teeny.
But she s so much more then that. She learned so much about herself and has motivated her husband to live a healthy life style and has lost 35 plus pounds.
I'm so happy God brought her into my life. She s an amazing friend.

Crumb Cake Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
  1. 1 1/2 tsp coconut flour
  2. 1/8 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  7. 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  8. 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce

Crumb Topping
  1. 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  2. 1/4 cup softened grass-fed butter (or sub oil)
  3. 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
  4. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. -Preheat oven to 350
  2. - In a bowl combine dry ingredients
  3. - Add in wet ingredients and pour into greased muffin tins
  4. - In a separate bowl, mix together topping ingredients until in chunks
  5. - Generously top your muffins with the topping (remember: coffee cake is all about the topping)
  6. - Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
