Changing Bad Habits Is Hard

You might be feeling good even though you know you don't treat your body well then bam, out of nowhere your body says nope I'm DONE
Don't wait till that moment!
Sometimes it takes those moments to kick start treating our bodies better.
It could start by wanting to lose or even gain weight 

Or to start cutting back on things like less smoking or half your normal amount of junk or even starting a new habit like eating breakfast

I can tell you my secret:

I started one day at a time
If I couldn't stick with what I was doing a year from that moment then I found a different way
Changing bad habits is HARD so why do something you know now you can't stick with.
