Its Not Just About Weight Loss

Honestly my goals wasn't abs but after clean eating 80% and working out following a schedule that works every body part differently everyday I looked in the mirror one day and I saw them coming out. 
It's amazing what changing one thing can do to your life.
Today I look back almost 4 years ago and see I wanted to lose weight but I changed much more then that.
I changed the way I live my life.
I went from negative thinking to looking at God s word.
I went from a I'm tired attitude to I'm up at 5am and bring on the day!
It took time to mentally change but when you physically and mentally change together your life becomes what you want it to be.

Motivational Wednesday

I'm so happy I finally got up again at 445am!! 
I've been keeping myself up with a cough so I jump out of bed at 5am mad at myself for sleeping in frown emot





So today feels great!!

Life happens but as long as you keep trying everyday to be better then you were yesterday then there's no reason to be upset with where you are

The Scale Should Not Be The Only Way To Measure Progress


I challenge you this ‪#‎motivationwednesday‬ to NOT look at the scale but measure progress by how you look and feel.
The scale is just a number that no one but you and your doctor once a year sees.
There is an amazing workout program with meal planner that I followed last February and the scale when down to 122pounds
I just looked skinny and my abs were not as defined.
So I upped my healthy calories and lifted weight more then cardio. 
Today I'm at a healthy 128 pounds.
So don't let that scale stop you!
Weigh yourself once a week at MOST and learn what foods make you feel bloated (sodium) or what foods make you feel lean (chicken/veggie stir fry)

Remember today your here for a reason
God has a plan for every single one of us
Our hard times even if it's from our own doing has a purpose 
You are made for victory 
You are made to succeed
You can do anything when you truly believe in yourself
Don't give up
God showed me what it felt like when I would eat a crazy amount of man made foods.
Tired, looked horrible and felt everyday just passing me by.

He created soil and seeds
God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

I'm here to tell you and show you this Wednesday that you won't run out of earthly food so stop eating man made all the time.
Have the energy you are ment to have,
A true smile because you feel absolutely amazing
Live longer with true happiness and victory

Don't fear failure
Fear being in the exact same place next year as you are now
I love that thought cause I never in a million years thought I would have abs!!
It wasn't even a goal,
But when you care about yourself to make 30 minutes a day to be active like I have and to eat healthy MOST of the time
Things happen that you don't expect.
Someone in my fitness group said I was on their vision board💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I love hearing that because that means they know if I can do it so can they
🎉🎉🎉
Friday is the deadline to be in my February accountability group!
Last month every single person in my group lost 7 and 9 pounds 👏👏👏
