Its Not Just About Weight Loss
Honestly my goals wasn't abs but after clean eating 80% and working out following a schedule that works every body part differently everyday I looked in the mirror one day and I saw them coming out.
It's amazing what changing one thing can do to your life.
Today I look back almost 4 years ago and see I wanted to lose weight but I changed much more then that.
I changed the way I live my life.
I went from negative thinking to looking at God s word.
I went from a I'm tired attitude to I'm up at 5am and bring on the day!
It took time to mentally change but when you physically and mentally change together your life becomes what you want it to be.
