Any fun plans today? 

My daughter and I are starting our day with a nice workout 
It's a buddy workout from the 
22 min hard corps program

I love that she enjoys working out with me!!
When she saw I was up she asked Mommy are you working out?!?!?!
I said yes
And she very excitedly asked if she could also
Nothing pushes you to workout more then your kids,
They are my reason for wanting a better life 

You Are Worth It, Decide To Start

Do you live everyday as just another day or do you push to be your BEST!
The hardest part is to just start,
🍁Start to read a personal development book
💪🏻start getting up 30 minutes earlier to workout
⭐eat just one healthier meal

It's just plain hard to start😁
What if I was there everyday to help you?
What if I told you I remember what it felt like to hate the way I looked and most importantly felt like!

I mentor friends daily!
My purpose in life is to share what God has done in me so the same can happen for you 😇
You will have fear and doubt
It will be hard at first
But I promise you it's worth it

Every Obstacle Has A Purpose, Only If You Learn The Purpose

When bad things happen in life do you sit back and think poor me. 

Why is this happening to me? 

I didn't do anything to deserve this? 

We all have unexpected situations that happen in our lives and automatically feel defeated. 

Today I want you to rise above those negative thoughts.

If your currently in a storm or the storm is starting to calm down look at the positive and what positive came from the storm.

Could be something as simple as becoming closer to God, making a positive change in your life you wouldn't have made time for without going through a storm.

After the shock of the storm, start looking at what you have learned so you can move forward
