Its that wonderful time of year when you see family you haven't seen in a year.
Its a joyful time when giving to others is more important then anything else.
But lets face it, we eat, a lot!
The things we eat are not as healthy and higher in calories then our bodies are used to.
My support group isn't about not eating the foods you enjoy, its about eating a healthy version, staying active for at least 3 days a week and enjoying new recipes like healthy pumpkin pie, cakes and cookies.
