This morning I was thinking about how I schedule my 30 minute workouts during the week and schedule to NOT workout on the weekends smile emoticon
I have friends ask me if I take a rest day, well the weekends are my rest days. It's also a day if I ever sleep in😁
The weekends for me are not eating out though. If I don't workout that day I still eat my normal 1600 calories but I don't allow myself to eat 2000 calories of ice cream.
