What keeps you moving forward?
You might have that mindset that you need to be all in and do it right the first time or not at all.
I'm here to tell you it takes just moving a few steps forward and getting better each day.
It took me more then a week to be in the obese category and it took just as long to get out.
My transformation month one wasn't perfect
