Here is my thinking, if I'm getting up early anyways why not get up an extra 30 minutes early to workout
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger,
The longer you make you time to workout at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes the more energy you will have without coffee!
Did you know green tea is awesome for energy?
They say drinking shakeology (which has green tea and other natural energy sources) an hour before your workout will give you energy
