I just tried out the new workout coming out from Autumn Calabrese the creator of the top workout program 21 Day Fix and Sagi Kalev the creator of Body Beast the top weight training program.
Im a fan of their programs so I was excited to have the chance to try out their new program coming out December 2015.
Its not a beginner program like the 21 Day Fix, its one that will get you to your next level of fitness. Theres a few different pieces of equipment you will need. If space is a problem like it is for me since I'm a full time RVer then you will need to tweak a few moves by using a ball instead of a bench.
