Your Getting Closer To Your Goals

Yes 3 years ago I was very overweight and unhealthy!
After 6 months I felt better then after a year I earned abs
Still today I hate my legs cause they have always been the biggest part of my body and the reason I hate this time of year cause of having to find jeans.
Every year before I put my jeans on I have to tell myself my legs are getting toned and to not stress about wearing jeans.
See it's about your mindset, you must tell yourself you can do anything even when it looks impossible.
The word itself says possible!!
Kick butt everyday being your BEST self knowing changes are happening inside and out even if you can't see it now
