Ive been there, that point when you don't know what do to about the weight. You don't have energy to workout and money isn't exactly sitting around without a purpose.
But you want to change and be your best self.
3 years ago I was 182 pounds, lost, tired, depressed and never thought I could be the person I was before kids.
Looking back I wish I had someone tell me its worth every tear. That you can only get better no matter how slow or fast the weight comes off and that I'm not alone.
I AM the coach I wish I had.
I will encourage you daily, show you in my own life that through every one of life's struggles to keep pushing on.
I will teach you how to be your best self and NEVER go back to the life in your goodbye photos.
