Do It For Your Health

It's going to be a HOT weekend so I'm thankful I created the habit of working out early in the morning.
What do you believe if you changed in your life today would make you better in just a year?
I can't tell you how many times people would say I was crazy getting up at 445am!
But I knew if I got myself to get up early that eventually the habit would stick and I would feel accomplished.
Is it easy?
But I was willing to do what was hard to make me better 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
