Fresh Start Monday
A fresh start, a day to say ok I'm doing this for ME
3 years ago I did my first insanity workout!!!
I thought I was nuts but I was 1 year into my health transformation and I knew I could do more;)
This morning I did insanity max 30
The breaks are so short it doesn't give your mind time to quit and the modifier is there when I don't want to stop but my form is off.
I sweat today and I did 3 years ago on day 1
I still am proud of myself and that's how you should feel
You won't regret a workout even when you modify every move.
You will regret letting another Monday pass
