Instead Of Sleeping In I Did My Favorite Workout
I really wanted to sleep in this morning but I remembered the feeling of last time I slept in and didn't get a workout in.
I was so exhausted
So I told myself getting up is my ONLY option
Now I feel fabulous!!!
I decided to do Turbo Fire my sole mate workout that started me on my incredible health and fitness journey.
I was 182 pounds doing this workout and after this morning I dont know how I did it besides it being fun lol
Because it is crazy
