Learn Your Body


As always I get up and crush my workout knowing when I feel great early in the morning it helps me stay on track all day.
Who wants to get up 30 minutes early to workout then eat junk all day?! 
Well 4 years ago I had no clue how to eat so that's exactly what I did. 
I've learned so much about the body (not just mine) that I know what food does to it.
It's been a blast bulking up and toning up, seeing what food plays in doing both etc
Because of Shakeokogy my digestion is amazing but my hubby has a gut condition that takes awhile to heal so that's also been fun seeing how nutrition changes that also. 
Have you eaten 100% clean for 5 days before?
If so, what was the biggest change you could see or feel?
