Be Active For The Right Reason


Get up and get moving everyday to:
Feel GREAT
Look GREAT
Be HEALTHY
Have Energy
Don't workout to be skinny,
Because once you hit that goal you will stop being active and quickly not be skinny.
Love how you feel by being active and you will never hurt with age or have a hard time sitting on the floor with your kids and grandkids
