Healthy Chicken Parmesan

This tasted so good we eat this chicken parmesan with veggies or brown rice spaghetti as pictured. 
Its a quick meal my kids ask for. 
This is a 1 serving recipe so you can double the ingredients for two people etc
The cooking time depends on the size of the chicken. The thicker it is the longer it will take. 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup all natural tomato sauce 

1/4 tsp fresh oregano leaves

1/4 tsp garlic powder

non stick cooking spray 

6 oz chicken breast, boneless skinless, 6oz would cook in 15 minutes

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

2 tbsp graded parmesan cheese

A lighter meal would be great matched with spinach but for this recipe we used brown rice spaghetti 

Directions:

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees 

In small bowl combine tomato sauce, oregano leaves and garlic powder 

Place chicken breast in baking pan lightly coasted with cooking spray

Place tomato mixture on top of the chicken breast, next add parmesan cheese 

Bake in the oven for 15-30 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your chicken breast when it is no longer pink inside 

Serve with chicken breast on top of spinach, brown rice spaghetti noodles or with your favorite veggie.
