Creamy Garlic Dressing

This dressing is absolutely my favorite! 
I have zero need to ever buy dressing again for my salads. 
This isn't my picture but I personally keep my dressing stored in portion sized containers so I can grab and go. I always shake before I add to my salad and its the perfect portion with all the lettuce covered but not overwhelming. 
I know you will enjoy this simple salad dressing.

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 cloves garlic, crushed

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp himalayan salt

1/2 dijon mustard

1 tbsp raw honey OR pure maple syrup


Place oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, mustard, and honey in a blender or food processor

Blend until smooth.

Refrigerate dressing if not using immediately.

Stir before serving
