Our facebook challengers have lost up to 5 pounds in the first week. No counting calories just put your food in the colored containers and eat.
The workouts are simple, for all fitness levels and has a modifier in every workout. One of my challengers has already lost 25 pounds since March 2014 and today is the end of May 2014. Also check out the transformation tab, Chani has lost 19 pounds in 60 days and has toned up her stomach.
