Finally a healthy chocolate chip cookie that actually looked like a cookie and not a pizza! These cookies were awesome and for an extra special treat try adding a scoop of coconut ice cream.
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place small amounts on a non stick pan.
Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
