How I Stay Healthy From The Inside Out


PB cup recipe 
1cup water
1 cup almond milk unsweetened 
1 tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 scoop of vegan or regular chocolate Shakeology
6 ice cubes 

Place in your blender and blend till smooth
ENJOY

I've only been to the doctor once in the past 3 years and that was for a check up before I turned 30.
