Make Sure Your Goals Are Yours

Have you ever reached a goal and figure out the goal wasn't yours and you were doing it for someone else?
Like you go to school and graduate but realized you did it for your parents instead of yourself.
That's how many of us are when it comes to our weight loss.
We lose weight for other people not for our selfs and to feel better.
So when we reach that goal we easily fall back into our old ways because our husbands tell us we are beautiful either way. 
When you do things for others not for yourself and you don't get the approval you were looking for then gaining the weight back happens.
