😳No one else in my family has done it,

So why not focus on changing the way we think and look at food in a different way instead of just wanting to lose weight.
Why not look at food as fuel instead of temporary comfort?

It's because I changed my mindset.
I was tired of being sick and tired and I wanted more out of life.
I was tired of worrying about what I ate because I was over weight and instead I focused on fueling my body for energy, focus and happiness.
When I looked at it that way the weight loss was just a cool side effect
