I didn't just wake up at 5am from day 1!
I started working out at night,
Then when I kept skipping workouts I tried at 9am.
Btw I had a 2 month old and a 4 year old when I started my journey.
The older my youngest got the earlier I woke up.
I sleep the amount my body needs not wants.
YES I love to sleep in
But my day is better and my temper isn't short with my kids when I give myself 30 minutes a day.
I don't remember the last time I slept in unless you call 8am sleeping in.
My body craves exercise over sleep for energy.
