Simple BBQ Protein Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 Unpasteurized Egg
- 1-2 Bags of Quest BBQ Protein Chips (Can be purchased in some nutritional stores)
- 1 Pound of Organic Chicken
- Coconut Spray
- Preheat oven for 350 degrees
- Scramble the egg in a small bowl
- Take a second bowl and place in the crushed chips
- Spray a flat pan with coconut spray
- Coat the chicken with egg then gently place chicken in the chips on each side.
- Place on pan and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
